Twika Charity Group is a full service public relations and promotional agency which deals in coordinating and organizing various events, it is mainly based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Twika helps small and large business grow and make money by making clients newsworthy and getting them placed in newspapers, on the radio, Television and on the Enter-net through its web-blog.

We also deals in digital photo productions for small and large business as well as individuals for the Wedding, Graduations, Seminars, Family Fun Days, Executive Meetings, Symposium and  all kind of activities which need a huge and experienced coverage with digital photos and Radio, newspapers and TV coverage.

Twika is also formed by member from Media outlets with many years experience in Media industry; it has office at Magomeni, Mapipa, Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Plot No 40, Morogoro Road. It is registered with registration No. 213822 under Business name (Registration) Ordinance (Cap 213).

We work under Business name company, (Registration) Ordinance (Cap 213) in Tanzania, providing a range of services including:

Objectives

The aim of the company is to support the Tanzania Government in reducing poverty by providing effective awareness and social assistance to critical factors which hinder the development of the people by organizing and coordinating efficiency means which prospective reduce the economic problems across the country.  The initiative would be undertaking by collaborate with other stakeholders and donors by organizing and coordinating various social, economic and entertainment events.

The company also aims to provide similar services to Tanzania companies wishing to develop links between the disadvantage groups, sponsors and donors to facilitate social and economic support to the majority across the country.

Company History

Twika was founded in 19th November 2010  by  Media House's members with huge experience in Media industry, the journalists include Ibrahim Kadilo who is currently work with Business Times newspaper, he had also worked with Daily Times, Citizen, Majira and Dar Leo. Another member is Peter Twite who is also an experience newspaper photographer currently working with Business Times, he previous worked with Global Publishers, the publisher of Ijumaa, Uwazi, Lisasi and Champion papers.

Twika has entertainment technology, business, political media resources which can not be matched. Twika has formed the strategic public relation partnerships with other public relation firms and marketing communications agencies when needed. Twika has a lot of database contacts of business firms which have been working with the founder members in the media industry for many years.

Twika is a 100 percent indigenous journalists owned firm registered by Business Registration Licensing Agency (BRELLA) as a partnership business name companies with two directors. Twika has more than one hundred editorial contacts and several thousand printing editorial contacts among a mainstream database within the country which includes all social, political, economic and entertainment member of the press.

Twika is purely Media house's member company, mainly based as an agency, it has been serving its clients' media and public relations needs with the niche knowledge of On-line and Social media, strategic legal and mainstream media relations, entertainment, high-tech, economics, housing, business-to-business, government and politics.
